• Placing Your Order
  Send your order via fax (1-650-851-2399) or e-mail, sales@spin1.com. Or call us Monday through Friday, from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, at 1-650-851-2337. We can accept orders placed on a Visa or MasterCard. All prices are F.O.B. Woodside, California, USA; 10% higher outside the U.S. and Canada. Domestic shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.

• Quick Delivery
  We try to deliver orders from stock. Overnight courier service is available. Please call or e-mail to get an accurate delivery date.
• Technical Support
  Our engineers can help you choose the best product for your application and answer your technical questions once our product is in your lab. And, unlike some large software companies, our support is free. Please see our "Support" section.
• Warranty Protection
  All products (excluding lasers) are guaranteed to meet our published specifications and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Laser warranties will be specific to a given product and will be expressed in terms of hours of use. Please verify critical specifications when ordering. Before ordering and utilizing the product, the user should determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection with such use. Our warranty excludes products that have been improperly installed or maintained, modified or misused.
• Product Returns
  If you're not satisfied with our products for any reason, send them back undamaged and in their original condition within thirty days for prompt exchange or money back. If you need to return a product to Spin One, we ask you to please do the following:
  
• Obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) from us by calling 650-851-2337.
• Please pack the product in its original or equivalent shipping material. We cannot be responsible for damage occuring in transit.
